My Chocolates •Bą•
It's me, Krzysiek. I make chocolates using only plant-based ingredients—no cream or butter. I'm not a professional confectioner. My profession is semiotics, or in short, the analysis of signs, symbols, and narratives.
Chocolates are my passion, born from the need to search for true natural flavors in the overly sweet world of chocolates and pralines.
Original chocolates
All of my chocolates are my own creations, born from experimentation and experience. I strive for authentic, natural flavors without excess sugar or other additives.
Natural real fillings
I make my chocolates from natural ingredients—hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios. I don't use pre-made fillings—I make everything myself.
An important ingredient is vegan caramel, which I prepare using coconut milk and cane sugar.
Always fresh and without "enhancers"
I don't keep ready-made chocolates in stock. I make them just before shipping. Chocolates are best consumed within three months of their production date (as stated on the packaging).
I recommend storing at a temperature of around 15-18 degrees Celsius. This is when the chocolates retain their flavor best.
